Plas can offer completely remanufactured domestic and imported
blow molding machines.
By providing
updated components and features the used machines are converted
into efficient machines for the competitive production of
blow molded bottles and containers.
To quickly
respond to the needs of our customers we attempt to carry
in inventory a significant number of blow molding machines
of different brands, with a broad range of specifications,
production capacity and price levels.
The
remanufactured machines undergo a process similar to the
manufacturing process for new machines. The machines are
totally disassembled, cleaned, primed and repainted with
epoxy based paint. During re-assembly all components are
double-checked and tested, and if found to be defective
or non repairable, are discarded and replaced by new components.
Original components of traditional brands, such as Bosch-Rexroth,
Vickers, Moog, Festo, Baluff, Siemens, Weg and other brands
are always utilized endeavoring to ensure be best quality
for the remanufactured equipment. The machine electrics
and electronics is always reformatted with an updated new
PLC.
All machines once completed undergo a period of continuous
testing to ensure all systems are operating properly. Once
released by our technical group the equipment undergoes
final testing, and customer training is provided.
Over a period of 6 years approximately 150 machines have
been remanufactured.
