Multipack
Plas Industria e Comercio de Maquinas Ltda was established
in 1995, by professionals with long experience with blow
molding, having managed multinational companies, manufacturers
of blow molding machinery.
The
company’s activities began with sales representation,
bringing to Brazil blow molding machines imported from Italy,
machines recognized by their high technology and automation,
machines not available in our market until then. This activity
was very successful and resulted in more than 60 machines
sold over a 5 year period.
It
could be said that these activities became the starting
point of automation in the Brazilian blow molding market.
Parallel to the sale of imported machines, offering effective
after sales services was always a priority for the Company.
During this period specific market needs were identified,
leading the Company, in 1999, to enter the machine remanufacturing
market segment. Over a 6 year period approximately 150 machines
were remanufactured.
Driven
by the work of remanufacturing machines and by important
blow molding machinery manufacturers withdrawing from the
Brazilian blow molding machinery market, after careful research
and evaluation of available technologies, and significant
investment in engineering and design, in 2005 the manufacturing
of the AUTOBLOW line of machines began, today the most important
model in the Company’s product line.

high level technology and manufactured in accordance with
high European standards, delivering reliability, high efficiency
and productivity for the production on a broad range of
bottles and containers
• Remanufacturing of used machines of different brands,
totally rebuilt, that are resold with new machine warranty
• Rebuilding and remanufacturing of customer owned
machines
• After sales customer services: field service support,
spare parts for Multipack Plus and other blow molding machines,
and assistance with process development
