High
rigidity monobloc tubular structure.
Carriages
that move on linear guides supported by rigid frames, eliminating
problems with shifting of the moving carriages, a common
problem with carriages mounted on tie bars causing loss
of adequate clamp force distribution and closing force.
Proprietary
design and patented mold clamp design combining opposing
levers and rigidly supported lateral tie bars. Deflection
free design ensures concentration of clamping force on the
center of the mold platens.
Calibration station fully supported on the machine structure
ensuring excellent neck finish, eliminating the need for
calibration station locking hooks.
Patented
quick mold change system and blow pins significantly reducing
mold changeover time.
Bosch-Rexroth proportional hydraulics utilizing advanced
valves and components that ensure precise and repeatable
set-points and variable displacement pump.
State-of-the-art
electronic controls and the optionally available MOOG PLC
with touch screen or a new Windows-based industrial PC controls.
